He sat under the tree, head drooping and with a bowl as the expression of his desperation. His occasional heaves, signaled a lack of strength to even cough, right in front of a hospital supposed to care for his infection. Unfortunately, his begging bowl offered little succour as many of those he looked up to only strolled past, hardly looking the way of the distraught man.
