He was chatting on his mobile phone as he drove but continued talking even after the traffic official stopped him. Before the official could reel out the charges, the man asked the officer if he knew who he had been conversing with and proceeded to name one of the country?s richest. The official almost apologized for stopping him but only complained about the embarrassment he subjected their team to since onlookers watched to see what the outcome of the ?arrest? would be. They let him go immediately.
