His barely audible voice over the phone was that of an overwhelmed and grateful man recollecting how while he was at work kilometers away, his wife and child, scared and huddled in a corner of their residence, listened to their landlord insist he was not releasing them, as demanded by the mob. Somehow, the landlord was around, willing to risk his life as God?s instrument of another life for the young family, on a day, the morning of which gave no indication of what lay ahead. They have since learnt not to take ?see you later? for granted.
