SON SHINE 180: THE SLAB
He drew my attention to the stone slab with a foothold as we made to leave the hut, noting that as the symbol of his authority, only the chief could sit on it. I had not even noticed that it was there. Whoever sat on it, he said, risked being lynched by the people in this otherwise sleepy settlement.
?The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.? ? Mathew 21: 42, 44 (KJV)
Jesus is the sure foundation.
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
