The market was packed full this day when the man swooned and fell. He was soon surrrounded by a crowd with no one really offering any help, till he regained consciousness. His now muddied dress was only one evidence of the scar the epileptic had to carry as he staggered his way home, probably wondering when he would be delivered from a life of such unpredictable attacks.
