The red light signalled trouble for the car this Sunday after the streets had emptied into the many church buildings. It was the second incident; days after a flat tyre at night caused a scare, in this town where residents have learnt to quit the streets before dark. On both days, rare help was available. In the latter case, a mechanic was close by.
