The four children back home after school went about their routines until one of them in the kitchen raised an alarm after a sting in the sink. In the absence of both parents they cried to the closest friend of the family who happened to be home. Two hours later and after emergency care at a tertiary hospital kilometres away, the parents of the boy showed up grateful that someone was available at the right time in what could have been a tragedy.
