SON SHINE 812: BURDEN
SON SHINE 812: BURDEN
She had a plank, rather than the big basin other mainly women pliers of her trade, normally use. As the youth surveyed the variety of goods for conveyance, she nodded her capacity to cope, barely muttering her fee. But she struggled, with a piece falling off the pack, as she navigated the barriers along the narrow path, gently protesting a stop. As she inched closer to the point of offloading the wares, her client opted to relieve her of the load, offering her double the fee she charged. She beamed her pleasant surprise, forgetting in the reward, the pains of the labour for daily bread.
“The teaching that I ask you to accept is easy; the load I give you to carry is light.” – Matthew 11:30 (New Century Version Bible)
The burden of avoidable consequences, is always much heavier
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
