His organisation paid relatively well, but what he saw of the pay slip of the man of position standing close by in the banking hall, staggered his imagination: it was just a fraction of what he earned as a driver. Whenever that position fell vacant, it often was a missile war, sometimes involving soul trading. It was obvious from this discovery, that the real attraction was more in the unstated perquisites, than the details of the salary package.
