SON SHINE 1019: ELEVEN

There was no altar call after the soul-gripping sermon. But as the message ended with a short closing prayer, the 11 youth separately headed to the front, and spent quite a while on their knees at the foot of the altar, oblivious of all else. The preacher had delivered with disarming simplicity, reminding of the One who was born in a manger, and came to save, while making himself so lowly, it remains unbelievable to many.

“… and my teaching and message were not delivered with skillful words of human wisdom, but with convincing proof of the power of God’s Spirit.”  –  1 Corinthians 2:4 (Good News Bible)    

Embrace the simplicity of His salvation; escape the complexities of cluelessness.
