Its strategic location and a new highway right in front, positioned it as prime property, but the bungalow was now dilapidated. The roof was caving in and the discoloured painting and desolate compound were a sharp contrast from decades ago when it was a business destination. Its line of business was supposed to make it globally relevant, but everything about it now pointed to irrelevance. It lost its place under the sun.
