SON SHINE 754: BILE

The aroma from the chicken soup filled the air, as he savoured the rice meal. Unwilling to end the experience, he took his time eating. Then the spoon lifted up what looked like an uncut gizzard.  By the time his teeth sank into the flesh, bitter fluid filled his mouth. He dashed outside to empty his mouth of the bile, with the once delicious meal now the source of the bitterness he didn’t pay for. 

“I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.”  Jeremiah 31:13 (King James Bible)
