SON SHINE 780: SURROUNDED
SON SHINE 780: SURROUNDED
The heat which subsided for a season, was back with a ferocity which only the nature of man could explain. Things had fallen apart, and there was no assurance about the loyalty of those who used to defer to him. Pastors were in camps, conscious of who paid the piper. Those who still identified with his tribulation, appeared more like double agents of a system for which he had toiled for years. On the lonely road he found himself, turning away from the faith, appeared the logical option, but he appeared conscious of the fact that such a decision, would turn his years of toil to an eternity of regret.
“But [like a boxer] I buffet my body [handle it roughly, discipline it by hardships] and subdue it, for fear that after proclaiming to others the Gospel and things pertaining to it, I myself should become unfit [not stand the test, be unapproved and rejected as a counterfeit].” 1 Corinthians 9:27 (Amplified Bible)
Hold on, the day of relief is coming
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
