He swung the car open with some zeal, ordering the driver to proceed to an office, as his female colleague squeezed into the back seat. But he drew a blank from his target, who appeared oblivious of their presence –  as he reeled out the offence and its implications. When an intervention punctured their hope, the duo began to negotiate a severance deal, requesting to be dropped off at the spot they entered the car. It was a fruitless try, as they exited without a dime.
