SON SHINE 189: NEIGHBOURS

SONSHINE EDITIONS

The first in this four-bed ward was alone; the second appeared unaware of the presence of his visitors; the one we visited just underwent an operation and spoke about daily deaths in the hospital; while the last, bedridden for months and with a broken leg from a motorcycle accident, comforted his guest to ?be strong.? Just some distance away, the owners of two vehicles involved in an accident were busy arguing over who was right or wrong.

?Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called?Bethesda?
In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.? ? John 5: 2-3 (KJV)

An occasional visit to the hospital is worthwhile.
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
