SON SHINE 719: OVER

Fifteen years on, and his calmness continued to defy the pressures from within and without. Although an artisan whose colleagues relished deception, and how much they could milk from clients, his honesty earned him trust and the respect of an inner core. Some counselled him to marry another wife, but his new found faith in Christ didn’t allow that. And then his wife got pregnant and delivered a baby boy, whom he named after a most faithful Bible character.

“‎Remember your relative Elizabeth. It is said that she cannot have children, but she herself is now six months pregnant, even though she is very old… For there is nothing that God cannot do.” –  Luke 1:36-37 (Good News Translation)
