The pressure of work made him unaware time was far gone. He needed money for his evening flight and with about an hour to closing time for banks and some distance to the closest branch, he dashed out of the house in bathroom slippers having not taken his bath that day. Within minutes of waiting for a cab, the owner of a delightful jeep passed by only to reverse. He not only asked him to hop in but asked where he was headed. Although the man was headed in a different direction, he first took him to the bank.
