SON SHINE 448: FRUITY
The fruit vendor did not hesitate when told that the watermelon he sold days earlier was tasteless. He stepped aside briefly and returned with a much bigger watermelon at no extra cost promising that this one will be tastier. It was a gesture which belied his status as one only able to afford the faded clothes he wore.
?Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:…The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.? ? Habakkuk 3: 17, 19 (KJV)
Honour has a price.
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
