Both had been identified for pastoral assignments in a city but indications were that was not to be as their regular jobs demanded their relocation in what appeared a fait accompli. The first relocated but found the new base impossible and had to return to the city. A series of events worked to change the decision to move the second. The reversals only confirmed what God had said concerning the two which man appeared set to upturn.
