SON SHINE 815: DAYS

It was exactly this day, the year before. The months-old efforts to access the ever-busy head of the ministry to pray with her, yielded fruit that dawn. But by then, she had apparently crossed the line, and it was just a matter of days to the terminus, as she drifted at levels of consciousness, with family and friends doing the physically possible, while praying for a miracle. The answer didn’t come the way they expected: She exited the uncertainties, the hospitals, the drugs, and finite human understanding.
