The approach to the venue, was one final opportunity to agree what to do at this crucial encounter. Those involved had a track in planning and getting results, but this was one case where history did not matter. The host took the lead, as the meeting started, enthusiastically answering questions they could never have asked. The result was a bumper package they could never have worked for.
