The facemask barely disguised her. The regular primetime feature at the height of a celebrated career, stood alone and looked ordinary. Although now out of office, she didn’t appear to be missing the perks, the glitz and the grip of power.

“We brought nothing into the world, so we can take nothing out. But, if we have food and clothes, we will be satisfied with that.” –  1 Timothy 6:7-8 (New Century Bible)    

Power is a mask; it soon comes off
