The announcement of a 40-minute flight delay due to the late arrival of the operating aircraft was the trigger, as passengers grumbled, voicing their displeasure at the treatment they were receiving, with some hissing loud enough. When the plane encountered turbulence mid-air, the simultaneous exclamation of “Jesus” punctuated the air of the cabin. 

“Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world.”  Philippians 2:14-15 (King James Bible)    

Reacting to provocation could cost a lot more
