As he roused from sleep, muttering how smooth the flight had been, his co-passenger just stared at him in disbelief. He had slept virtually the entire journey and had no idea what transpired. Then the confirmation came that the journey had indeed been bumpy. That he had no clue when others fretted was another escape for someone prone to anxiety.
