He moved quickly after the preaching opportunity, to supplant the pastor who invited him. The guest minister not knowing that his plot leaked almost immediately after it was hatched, continued to feign friendship whenever he met the host. The traitor was pastoring a branch but felt that the place he ministered held so much attraction, that he needed to possess what someone else laboured to build.
