In this congested part of town with no playgrounds, he not only learnt of vacant plots around the corner from his rented apartment, the owner was desperate to sell. Somehow, God provided and so it came to pass, that a man who a few years earlier was jobless and frustrated, is now a landlord on prime land. Even he is still trying to wake up from what is no more just a dream.
