It was a Friday, and she giggled, spotting a head-set like a disc-jockey. But two days later, the bus she was in crashed into a valley. It was late when she was taken to a general hospital, stretched out in an ambulance – motionless and on oxygen. By the time she was driven to another facility for required attention, it became another story of a lady who enjoyed living but had no idea that a regular outing was going to be her last.
