SON SHINE 252: DOWNSIDE
The coloured torn curtain hung loose on the wooden frame, the only barrier to any intruder to this mud structure. The roof was a mix of disused zinc at various stages of rust, with the uncovered sections revealing wood likely assembled from remnants at other construction sites or abandoned buildings. The house told of a man wrestling with forces unwilling to acknowledge his struggle to maintain a semblance of living.
?For the poor shall never cease out of the land?? ? Deuteronomy 15: 11 (KJV)
He died to deliver the poor and oppressed.
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
