She left the church when the attacks were unrelenting. In her enthusiasm to lead the women into the promised land she had stepped on the toes of principalities within the fold who considered her too daring and made her sleep a daily misery. One of them on sighting her in a market after her exit from the church asked, ?Who told you to run, why did you not wait??
