The pastor had after this prayer session assured the sister that if she did not conceive at the end of that month she should know that God did not call him. The doctor had before then recommended yet another medical procedure. And so it was that the woman who for years after marriage agonized about not having a child of her own, conceived at the set time. She is now the mother of children.

?Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.? ? Genesis 18: 14 (KJV)
