SON SHINE 494: ILLOGICAL
The volatility of the environment made the parents to push for her redeployment at the start of national service and it was all but settled but for either of two conditions ? she was to present evidence of marriage or of sickness. It was too high a price to pay. The family opted for neither since the girl was not yet married nor wanted the seed of sickness planted in her future. They declined the offer and their daughter served in the place. Throughout her service year, peace reigned in that land.
? Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.? ? Isaiah 29: 14 (KJV)
For your sake, that evil report will change,
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
