Although there are today teenagers driving choice cars on university campuses, while many under-21s are riding their third cars, as a family we had every reason to be grateful, knowing that we inhabit a world populated by many who by no fault of theirs (and not necessarily because they are less qualified), will never get to buy a car in their lifetime.
