SON SHINE 782: AFRAID

She was desperate, unsure what the next minute had in store. It took a question for her to crack under the pressure, with the tears flowing. She was now too scared to sleep at home. Her sibling had exploited the challenges of the family to keep her family in servitude. When she started showing a desire to free herself from the stranglehold, her overbearing sister got nasty. By that morning, the rivalry had so degenerated, that the elder sent a known assassin to survey their home. She wasn’t sure if she would be alive by the next day.
