SON SHINE 803: SOMEHOW

It was supposed to be a five-minute ride, but a call turned this to a race against time, with less than 30 minutes to the deadline, and over 50 kilometres to the new destination – on a route often dogged by chaotic traffic. The first jolt, was slow moving traffic that chipped five minutes off unavailable time, followed by another jam which triggered the panic button. As the journey moved from one manoeuvre between intimidating trailers and cars fatigued by mechanical fits, the obvious pointed to an impossible target. But two heavy obstacles occasioned by a long stretch of cars, turned out to be mirages, after a short stretch, while it was a breeze through a major delay point, climaxing in mission possible.
