His employer listened as the guard recounted how a gang of robbers attacked the office premises the previous night, taking away his dane gun. ?It was only God that saved me sir,? he concluded, forgetting to explain why his guests failed to take away anything else. His boss thereafter went in to bring out the gun and other items. The guard was fast asleep when the boss during a routine check, decided to remove his weapon as evidence.
