The battle lines had been drawn, and he left, bruised, implicated and bent on exacting his pound of flesh. Then he went the whole hog to pull the strings against his traducer, using the new vantage position to manipulate the evidence. It was after the innocent lost the “juicy” job he laboured to keep, that he discovered how that position actually clipped his creative wings. His heavens started opening, and he never looked back.
