She had a lot at stake, including the possibility of a job loss, if the answer was not positive. Then she was asked to pray. Rather than binding contrary powers that would attempt to block the answer that was certain to make her joy fuller, she prayed fervently that the will of God be done on the matter. It was another afternoon of practical Christianity.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God!” –  Romans 8:14 (King James Bible)    

God cares more than your desires can comprehend
