The poor man down the street has become a forgotten being on earth until now.
“White Money” as people mostly call him is dying of kidney failure and desperately needs a donor. The poor man on hearing the news decided to voluntarily donate one of his kidneys to him, even though “white money” never for once thought of giving him a dime when he was healthy.

Walking back home on the streets of Lagos is a young handsome looking brother who had just led a very powerful prayer session in church some 15minutes ago. He had been told to lead for 25minutes, but as a result of the overflowing anointing during the prayer session, he ended up using extra 32 minutes.
He has been the devil’s top target for the day, and he didn’t take note. A pretty looking lady approached him and they started conversation. He didn’t know when he got to his house and invited the lady inside his two-room apartment. The remaining story of this young vibrant “brother” is a story of shame and disgrace as he was though prayerful, but not watchful (watch & pray).

He just could have continued thanking God for his life, but his covetousness pushed him to follow a friend who promised to introduce him to a herbalist in order to increase his sales and profit. He died just on their way back home after visiting the herbalist.

He kept remembering the question he heard from the message on the radio when tuning to his favourite hip hop radio station. The question was “are you ready for that great day?”
The great day of judgement is coming. It is a day when riches, power, certificates, talents, connection, and even properties will fail to help and they all will melt like wax before the righteous judge (GOD) who has the power to give either eternal rest or punishment to those that deserve it. Are you ready?

ACTS 17:30,31- AND THE TIMES OF THIS IGNORANCE GOD WINKED AT; BUT NOW COMMANDED ALL MEN TO REPENT: BECAUSE HE HATH APPOINTED A DAY, IN THE WHICH HE WILL JUDGE THE WORLD IN RIGHTEOUSNESS BY THAT MAN WHOM HE HATH ORDAINED; WHEREOF HE HATH GIVEN ASSURANCE UNTO ALL MEN, IN THAT HE RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD.

He was the guest speaker and had built a reputation for keeping to time. But on this day, his pace was not keeping with time.
He had been caught up in the winding traffic on his way.
In a flash, he parked his car along the expressway and took a commercial motorbike to the venue, only to meet the door shut.
The ceremony started two minutes ago. As he explained his plight to an uninterested gatekeeper, a call came through his phone.
His car has just been towed away. In his commotion, he was reminded about the restive ways of man.

His marks were the lowest of all the six boys from the same neighbourhood who sat for the Federal Government College exams. The boy had given priority to his class teacher’s instruction to mark out his answers on the question papers before submission. He had little time to fill the exam answer sheets before the pens up. His result was thus the poorest – a little less than average. One of the boys who was his closest friend was only 5 marks short of the 85% cut-off mark required but did not gain admission into the choice college due to stiff competition. No one gave him any chance since his result was too poor until his mother’s visiting friend told her that she was a member of the immediate past executive committee of the choice college’s Parents-Teachers Association. One thing led to another and the boy was given admission into the school. Tthe stone which the builders rejected became a cornerstone.

She fasted that day so the food served during the management meeting was sent to her office. At about 5pm, another packed food with fruits was brought to her from another source so she decided to break her fast with the new meal. Immediately the Spirit of God convicted her directing her to give the new meal to the student on attachment in the office but she refused and rather requested for spoon. As soon as she took a spoonful of the rice, she screamed in agony. The spoon dropped to the floor as an excruciating pain caused by a stray grain of rice in a troubled cavity gripped her.. Seething with pain she painfully beckoned to the student on attachment who unaware of the drama was just too happy to take over the meal. D

The bananas looked so fresh that she could not resist the temptation to buy. As she rummaged her bag for money, she brought out some of the bag’s content including the sum of N10, 000 cash. Five minutes after her purchase and departure she realised she did not return the ‘N10.000 back into her bag; she went back knowing the chances of finding the money was zero. Behold the money was on the grass near the banana seller where she dropped it untouched in the full view of the passersby (Luke 1: 37).

The teenage girl walked slowly with two heavy poly bags filled to the brim with foodstuff she purchased at the market about a kilometre away. She could feel dozens of eyes boring into her with resentment for not patronising them. as she trudged the long dusty road. She held her head high in defiance. Suddenly the two poly bags gave way and the entire foodstuff spilled out on the road. Embarrassed and perplexed she stood not knowing what to do. Suddenly she saw a boy running frantically towards her, stopped in front of her, held out the poly bags and asked to put the scattered items on the floor.

She was happy to hear that her most adored friend was in a nearby city. She was eager to visit her loving father, who was ever ready to protect and guide her for reasons best known to him and advised her against going. But she wanted the re-union more than anything, ignored the warning and told him not to interfere. As she prepared for the journey, she suddenly woke up one morning feeling drained, empty, battered and totally weak. With her spirit level below zero she could only lie there weakly crying for forgiveness…..

Totally drained and empty, she lay like one dead, knowing it was from the father. With weak tears streaming down her cheeks she begged him to forgive her for the disobedience (for she actually got to her friends gate before she was turned back). She thereafter decided to trust her father’s decisions, even when she doesn’t understand them. She knew from her long relationship with Him that every action He takes is for the best; His ways may be tough but the joy therein is long-lasting.

The driver having discharged the two passengers at that bus stop tried  to move on but the bus would not start.
