It was a day of razzmatazz, as gaily dressed celebrants – surrounded by fawning admirers, enjoyed their moments under the sun. As the venue filled up with cars in their exotic variety, canopies dotted the landscape, with families in an unrehearsed competition for the prize of “most loving”. For a pleasantly surprising outcome, the young man’s reward was a car promised by his father, years earlier. And he got it right there!

“If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?”  Matthew 7:11 (King James Bible)    

Why doubt God, when man can keep promises
