SON SHINE 1006: WATERWAY

The waterway was crammed with creeping plants, with a pathway wide enough for two vessels. This link was cheaper and faster, and both outbound and inbound passengers were huddled in the wooden canoes, with lifejackets dirtied by prolonged use as the visible safety feature. This particular vessel bore the name “Anointing”. It was its owner’s way of giving solace to commuters with many yokes in need of divine and human interventions.

“… I will make a road through the wilderness of the world for my people to go home, and create rivers for them in the desert!” Isaiah 43:19 (The Living Bible)    

It may be tight, but there is a land beyond the river
