SON SHINE 221: PROSTRATE

SON SHINE 221: PROSTRATE

SONSHINE EDITIONS

The thickening cloud soon gave way to a relentless downpour which did little to dampen the enthusiasm of the rapturous crowd. As the songs of praise rent the air, the man in an expensive flowing robe went flat on his face in the open space, rolling on the floor as many in the stands huddled to avoid being drenched. He was obviously too overwhelmed by the mercies of God to care about his status, preferring to deeply appreciate the very source of the latter rain.

? And David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD. And I will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight.? ? 2 Samuel 6: 21-22 (KJV)

If only we can reflect on His mercy.
Let the Son shine in your heart daily.
