SON SHINE 635: STARVED
Theirs was the more expensive option and some things had been taken for granted. But as the flight commenced the loudspeaker crackled with a terse announcement; an apology that no refreshment would be served those in the economy class. Others on the trip could only imagine what life was like on the other side of the now amplified divide but without a whimper endured till the next opportunity to decide whether it was worth paying so much to go hungry.
