His blank stare and forlorn look –  as he sat on bare concrete near the roundabout, said more than could be interpreted. His hardly blinking eyes, oblivious of the buzz around, appeared to target nowhere in particular. The future he appeared to be gazing at, was one that was unclear, even to those hurrying to places of employment that had no guarantees.
