The electronic gate, speed bump, nail-studded barrier, markings, signage and red traffic sign were the introduction to Zone Exclusive. The trained guards sat relaxed, assuming that those in the vehicle ought to know the protocols. Then they signalled to park, waiting for the resident to authorise passage; but that was only the first gate. The second placed similar demands, before the third gate opened of its own accord, and the sentry at the turn, did the final description. It was the required introduction to the life of the rich. The luxury and offers of the exquisitely furnished destination made the trouble worthwhile.
